Throughout the years, considerable investigations have been completed to contemplate the connections between different individual qualities and authoritative duty. In the meta examination of the predecessors of OC, Mathieu and Zajac (1990) and Meyer et al. (2002) proposed that segment factors play a generally low relationship with authoritative responsibility. Meyer and Allen (1997) indicated that the individual qualities, which can be estimated by the segment factors and the dispositional factors has little impact with emotional duty.
